From harvest to home, Fastbrine is specially prepared to use with steak, other red meats, and poultry. Our unrefined crystals are naturally washed and dried through evaporation which preserves approximately 99% of trace minerals contained in fresh Atlantic Ocean waters. These minerals are not only great for our body, but they also bring an amazing and distinct flavor to the steak.

We developed a technique to spread the crystals in a way that the formation will result in an evenly granulated product. This granulation allows grill masters to pack a large amount of crystaks to create a protective layer that keeps the meat juicy, and not too salty, since the presence of fine grains in our product is minimal.
