Make the perfect steak with Fastbrine

TM

Watch our short video and read the following instructions.
For this cooking technique, you will use a generous amount of Fastbrine.
Don’t worry about over-seasoning, excess will be shaken off before serving.

Instructions
 

Grill (Recommended)

  1. Bring Meat to Room Temperature (30 - 60 Min)

  2. Measure Thickness Using FSM (FastBrine Steak Measure)

  3. Generously Cover All Sides in FastBrine

  4. Let Steak Sit for Indicated Time (FSM). Pre-Heat Grill

  5. Directly on High Flame, Grill for Approx. 2 Min. per Side

  6. Completely Remove FastBrine, Shaking It Off

  7. Finish by Searing to Perfection and Preferred Doneness​​
    ​

Pan

  1. Bring Meat to Room Temperature (30 - 60 Min)

  2. Measure Thickness Using FSM (FastBrine Steak Measure)

  3. Generously Cover All Sides in FastBrine

  4. Let Steak Sit for Indicated Time (FSM). Pre-Heat Pan

  5. Completely Remove FastBrine Shaking It Off

  6. Pan Sear Flipping Every 2 Min. Until Perfection​​
     

Oven

  • Follow the Same First 5 Steps Described Above for Pan

** Cook Normally According to Your Preferred Technique​​
 

Slow Cooking
Larger Cuts (Brisket, Ribs, Roast)

  1. Bring Meat to Room Temperature (30 - 60 Min)

  2. Generously Cover All Sides in FastBrine

  3. Start Cooking Right Away. Long Cooking Time Will Activate the Brine Naturally

  4. Leave FastBrine On for the First Few Hours

  5. Completely Remove FastBrine, Shaking It Off Then Continue Your Process Normally

Pro Tips 
 

  • Take your steak out of the fridge approx. 30 min. before grilling to bring to room temperature. This  allows for a more even cook all the way through. If your meat is cold, it can cause the muscle fibers to tense.

  • Apply cooking oil spray on grilling surface to easily flip your steaks.

  • Don’t overcook! You can always cook longer, but once you overcook, there’s no going back.

  • Cooking times will vary based on the thickness of your steak.

  • To remove Fastbrine, hold the steak in the air with tongs and smack it with a chef knife sideways.
